Mr. C.P. Arun Advisor
MA (Economics); Diploma (Agriculture Extension)
A career civil servant, Mr. Chandra Pal Arun is a former Additional Commissioner with the Rural Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Honours Course in Sociology from the University of Lucknow and joined the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) in 1977.
Mr. Arun possesses more than 35 years of public service experience in diverse fields such as agriculture, rural development, social welfare and food & civil supplies and has held crucially important positions at the district and State levels. As Additional Commissioner, Rural Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Arun was responsible for major restructuring and reforms in the State. Specifically, Mr. Arun was responsible for pioneering the successful implementation of a number of schemes of the Government of India, including the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) and the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).

Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh Advisor
M.E. (Mechanical); MBA (Operations Mgt.)
An engineer by profession, Mr. Singh is a renowned expert in the field of industrial and rural engineering. Having retired as the General Manger from the U.P. State Cement Corporation Limited, Mr. Singh s ecperience and expertise is widely sought after by various State Governments abd international institutions.
Possessing almost 40 years of profesional experience, Mr. Singh is associated with ARF in the capacity of an Advisor and in doing so, he is responsible for providing overall guidance to the organization on projects related to the industries sector, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale industries (SSIs).

Mr. Anil Kumar Srivastava Advisor
Master of Law (LLM); MBA (HRD)
Mr. Srivastava is an authority in the field of legal affairs and governance with more than 30 years of professional experience. An acknowledged expert in his field, Mr. Srivastava possesses more than 32 years of experience in the field of human resource management, economic reforms, strategic planning, systems development and institutional strengthening & devlopment.
A leading advocate in the Supreme Court and the Allahabad High Court, Mr. Srivastava has also served as the Legal Advisor with the Legal Cell of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Government of India.

Mr. Sanjay Vijayvargiya Advisor
PGDM (Business Finance); M.A. (Economics)
An expert in the field of public administration, public finance and management consulting, Mr. Sanjay Vijayvargiya brings with him an experience of more than 25 years in the development sector. A Senior Advisor with ARF, Mr. Vijayvargiya is an acknowledged expert in the field of project development, implementation and management support.
During the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Vijayvargiya has been involved with various international donor agencies, including the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), Rome, UNICEF India and FIAN International Germany. In addition, he has also been the Team Leader for a number of projects for the Government of India and various State Governments, including the States of Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Some of the major assignments undertaken by Mr. Vijayvargiya during the course of his professional career include the Status Document on National Housing and Habitation Policy for the States of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Dr. Alpana Srivastava Advisor

An expert in the field of economics, statistical analysis and data interpretation, Dr. Alpana Srivastava possesses a rich experience of more than 20 years in the field of statistical research and management consulting.
Dr. Srivastava is a Senior Advisor with ARF and has, during the course of her illustrious career, been involved with a number of large-scale socio-economic surveys, monitoring & evaluation studies and impact assessment of various development programmess with a special focus in the areas of rural development and water resource management

Mr. Ravi Shankar Anant Advisor
B.Tech (Civil); M.Tech (from IIT Kanpur)
Mr. Anant is an Advisor with ARF and draws on a a rich professional experience of almost 35 years in the field of irrigation, drainage, roads, design, construction, operation and maintenance. Having retired as a Superintending Engineer from the Irrigation Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Anant is a recognised authority in designing, planning, construction & maintenence of all types of roads and irrigation works especially canal irrigation.
During the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Anant has also been involved with the technical and administrative supervision & control of the implementation of the World Bank sponsored Uttar Pradesh Water Sector Restructuring Project (UPWSRP). In addition, he has also been involved with various activities related to water management, regulation running & maintenence of canal systems and conducting performance evaluation studies with regard to the functioning of the canal system in Uttar Pradesh.
