Headquartered at Lucknow (India), ARF has worked with a number of government and semi-governmental departments at the State and national level, including the Department of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), New Delhi..
